I became a doula because I believe everyone deserves to feel supported, informed, and respected during one of the most vulnerable times in their lives.
I meet you where you are. There's no "right" way to give birth: medicated, unmedicated, hospital, home, cesarean, vaginal. Maybe the best choice is the one that is RIGHT for you.
I bring evidence-based information, zero judgment, and probably too many snacks. I'll help you prepare, but I'll also help you stay flexible because births rarely go exactly according to plan.
